We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your order, within 30 days of purchase, we will promptly issue a refund, or permit an exchange for another product. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for bank process of your credit card.

All we ask is that you follow a few reasonable guidelines:

• Only products purchased directly from MaxineDean.com, our Amazon Store, or from our toll free number 267-528-3859 can be returned or exchanged.
• We ask that you return any product within 30 days of your purchase.
• Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
• We cannot accept returns where more than half the product was used.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable.)
• Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
