Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your order, within 30 days of purchase, we will promptly issue a refund, or permit an exchange for another product. Please see our Returns & Exchange Policy for details. 

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for bank process of your credit card.

We stand behind the quality of our products, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product for a full refund, or exchange your purchase for another product.

All we ask is that you follow a few reasonable guidelines:
  • Only products purchased directly from MaxineDean.com, our Amazon Store, or from our toll free number 267-528-3859 can be returned or exchanged.
  • We ask that you return any product within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address, phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
  • We cannot accept returns where more than half the product was used.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable.)
  • Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.

Maxine Dean Skin Care accepts PayPal, and all major credit cards as payment: Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. 

Shipping 

All orders placed before 11am EST within the domestic US will be shipped out same day Via USPS Ground Mondays through Saturdays. All orders are shipped via USPS, for a flat rate of $4.95.  Free USPS Ground Shipping for orders over $150!

Pick-Up

For those in the Philadelphia area, in-store pick-up is available. Please call 267-315-6588 if you are interested in in-store pick-up.
